This is an exciting opportunity to join our Individual Giving & Collection Development team! Join us to help fundraise for Tate’s mission to make art accessible for all, to help drive Tate into the future, and to work with inspiring content and ground‑breaking projects in amazing spaces as part of a passionate, inclusive, and welcoming team.

The International Council Officer provides support to the Head of Individual Giving & Collection Development in sustaining the activities of the International Council, Tate’s highest‑level annual giving group of leading philanthropists and art collectors from around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate official communications and publications
  • Support the delivery of an international events programme
  • Ensure an efficient membership renewals process
  • Act as the first point of contact for International Council members
Qualifications
  • Excellent communicator
  • Demonstrable administrative, organisation and planning skills
  • Strong relationship management and excellent customer service
  • Proactive approach with strong time‑management skills
  • Numeracy skills and attention to detail to accurately track and report membership income and team expenditure
