Lead high‑performing warehouse & e‑commerce operations for a global FMCG leader. ASR Group is the world’s largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, home to iconic brands like Tate & Lyle®, Lyle’s® and Whitworths®. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to take ownership of warehouse and e‑commerce operations at our Normanton site.

The Role

  • You’ll lead a team of around 10 colleagues, ensuring products move right‑first‑time, in full, while driving safety, cost, service and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End‑to‑end management of warehouse & e‑commerce operations
  • Ownership of Warehouse Management System performance, data accuracy & reporting
  • Delivering service, cost and inventory KPIs
  • Leading safety, quality, hygiene & environmental standards
  • Driving Lean / CI improvements and root‑cause problem solving
  • Managing budgets, suppliers, and OEMs
  • Coordinating inbound, outbound, transport & yard operations
  • Building an engaged, high‑performing team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven warehouse leadership experience in FMCG / manufacturing
  • Strong people leadership with a coaching mindset
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, SAP and data‑led decision making
  • Solid understanding of health & safety and BRC / quality systems
  • Practical Lean / CI experience
  • Strong Excel and stakeholder communication skills
