As our new Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll be a key member of the UK Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Bring our brands to life across consumer, trade, and digital touchpoints. You will support in building brand plans, managing the product portfolio, delivering campaigns, and driving performance across the UK market.

This role will suit a Marketing Assistant who is keen to step up into an Assistant Brand Manager role.

  • Support the development and delivery of brand and trade communication campaigns
  • Work closely with agencies on all aspects of activation: social, display, PR, creative production, media, websites, email, search, and packaging
  • Manage and optimise the brand portfolio, ensuring projects land on time
  • Create customer-facing assets, including compelling brand and campaign presentations
  • Analyse market data (e.g., Nielsen) to spot trends, monitor performance, and identify opportunities—especially in Baking and seasonal occasions
  • Support wider marketing projects including product launches, AI implementation, and database management

Relevant experience in brand marketing is required, along with a degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience. A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for building brands that people love are essential.
