  • A site-wide safety vision that aligns with our global H&S ambitions.
  • Maintain a robust auditing system to ensure risks are controlled and improvement areas identified.
  • Behavioural safety programmes that genuinely shift mindsets.
  • High-quality investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fire protection, contractor management, and compliance across a complex industrial and port-based environment.
  • Engagement across departments, functions, and global EHS networks.
  • Cross - Functional Leadership
  • Support Plaistow site during absences or incidents.
  • Build strong partnerships across operations, commercial teams, and global EHS networks.
  • Provide regular safety performance reports to regional and corporate EHS leaders.
  • Ensure group standards are embedded locally.
  • Collaborate with the Environment Manager-covering each other when needed.
