We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for a 1-year contract for an international business based in Stevenage. This is a full-time office-based position working hours Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm. Job Description: Managing a portfolio of Blue-Chip clients predominantly in the retail industry. Offering an exceptional level of service to both potential and existing customers. Assisting the Key Account Managers and the UK Sales Managers in all aspects of account management and PA duties. Preparing company presentations. Familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Preparing customer meeting notes, stock reports and forecasts as required. Data entry, order processing and account management using internal systems. Responsible for credit control of customer accounts. Supporting new ideas and delivering innovative solutions to new and existing customers. Daily interaction and co-ordination with the sales team in the Head Office based in Europe and other departments / countries. Providing reports in line with customer requirements. Able to work under pressure to meet client deadlines. Develop a comprehensive technical understanding of the products and paper and the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance customer service.
