Have you worked with Direct Payments, Personal Health Budgets, Personal Budgets, in Social, Care or Healthcare setting in administration, payroll or finance and are looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

About the Role
This is a varied position combining administration, payroll support, client service and financial processing.
You'll work closely with colleagues, carers, service users and clients across the UK, providing support primarily by telephone and email.
Accuracy is important, but equally important is your ability to offer a professional, helpful and empathetic service.
Typical responsibilities include
- Processing payroll and payment-related administration
- Maintaining accurate client and financial records
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting carers and service users with payroll and payment queries
- Updating systems and documentation
- Ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to manage workloads and deadlines
- Training & Support
You don't need to know everything on day one.
A comprehensive induction programme will be provided, including approximately 4 to 6 weeks of office-based training where you'll spend time observing experienced colleagues and gaining practical hands-on experience.
Following your induction, you'll move onto the team's hybrid working arrangement and continue to receive ongoing support and development.
