We're currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Watford. They believe that their success is built from the passion to provide good old-fashioned customer service, combined with local expert knowledge. They are continuously investing in the very latest marketing technology, which has created an unrivalled formula for clients in Watford looking to sell their home or let their property.
The candidate must have previous experience in lettings, including valuation experience, with responsibilities including:
- Landlord communication
- Client relationship management
- Property viewings (organising and conducting)
- Negotiations
- Market knowledge
- Administrative tasks
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer position include:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week (5 day working week)
- Call performance bonus
- Yearly Car Allowance £2000 plus petrol allowance at 45p per mile
- Optional pension scheme
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (1 Additional day added per year after 5 years’ service, up to 5 additional days)
Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer position include:
- Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
- Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required
- Arranging/conducting property viewings
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
