Property Manager - Office and Home Based (remote)

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Uxbridge . The ideal candidate must have previous Property Management experience with a full understanding of all current legislation. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Car allowance ~ Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm ~5 day week ~ Structured career progression plan ~ Excellent training and development ~ Manage a portfolio of 180 properties Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs Property visits and inspections Previous Property Management experience essential Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car This role will be based in their busy property showroom on Uxbridge High Street, the perfect location to deliver an innovative and professional service that always puts the customer first.
