We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Sandhurst. The ideal candidate must have previous property management experience, with a full understanding of all current legislation. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Full time or part time hours available!
Benefits:
- Basic £32,000 - £37,000 DOE (pro rata'd for part time)
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Open to part time and can be flexible (less days but full hours or school hours)
- 1 day working from home

Responsibilities:
- All aspects of tenancy services and property management
- Running the daily accounts processes
- Pre-tenancy checks and documentation
- Property inspections
- Producing tenancy agreements
- Organising inventories, works orders etc
- Property management
- Liaising with landlords
- Compliance
- Renewal negotiation
Key Skills:
- Previous Property Management experience essential
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
- Impeccable customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Good time management and excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
- Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
