We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Sandhurst. The ideal candidate must have previous property management experience, with a full understanding of all current legislation. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Full time or part time hours available!

Benefits:

  • Basic £32,000 - £37,000 DOE (pro rata'd for part time)
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
  • Open to part time and can be flexible (less days but full hours or school hours)
  • 1 day working from home
  • Parking on site

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of tenancy services and property management
  • Running the daily accounts processes
  • Pre-tenancy checks and documentation
  • Property inspections
  • Producing tenancy agreements
  • Organising inventories, works orders etc
  • Property management
  • Liaising with landlords
  • Compliance
  • Renewal negotiation

Key Skills:

  • Previous Property Management experience essential
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
  • Impeccable customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Good time management and excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
