We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Sandhurst. The ideal candidate must have previous Senior Negotiator experience, who has either just started valuing, or is looking to step up. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
- Basic £28,000
- OTE £45,000
- £2,000 Car Allowance
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6pm
- Friday's 8.30 - 5.30pm
- Every other Saturday 9.30am - 3.30pm (5 day, 6 day)
- Parking provided

Responsibilities:
- Working with the Lettings Director to grow the portfolio of tenancies
- Facilitate the marketing, viewing and negotiation of lettings listings
- Facilitate the progression of tenancies
- Ensure company standards are being met and our clients are receiving an excellent service
- Assist and support company events
- Be a brand ambassador
- Generate valuations
- Conduct lettings valuations
- Register tenants
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Progress transactions through to move-in
- Ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to
- Refer to carefully selected third parties
Key Skills:
- Must have previous Senior Negotiator experience with Valuing
- Team player with a good attitude
- Well-presented and articulate
- Professional telephone manner
- Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone
- Exceptional customer-service skills
- Ambitious and target driven
- Natural selling ability
