The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 £ per year.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to work for our client based in Ealing. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience with valuing. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car, and candidates must be a UK Resident.

Benefits:

  • Basic £25,000 - £28,000 OTE £40,000 - £55,000 + uncapped Car Allowance £2,100
  • First 3 months guarantee
  • Quarterly bonus of £500 on reasonable performance

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday 9am to 1pm with a day back in lieu (5 day working week)

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
  • Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required
  • Arranging/conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating lets through to move in
  • Referencing potential tenants
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
  • Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients
  • Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business
  • Generating T&Cs

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years previous experience with valuing
