We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager / Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Bourne End. This role would be suitable for someone with previous Estate Agency experience as either a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a management role. You must possess ambition and passion for the property industry with local area knowledge who can drive the business forward. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:

- Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4pm

Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a dynamic team
- Inspiring and motivating the team
- Managing a team of 2
- Ensuring that processes are followed correctly, maximising every opportunity and applicant
- Support with general administration and general office management
- Meeting with clients
- Carry out viewings of the properties
- Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
- Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
- Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Promoting properties via different mediums
Key skills:
- Have previous estate agency experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Assistant Manager
- Valuing experience with a strong conversion rate
- Must have a full understanding of property processes
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be target driven
- Be well spoken and presented
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Also have outstanding organisational skills
