We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Guildford.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years estate agency and valuing experience with a proven track record of winning instructions.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
- OTE Β£42,000 β Β£45,000+ (earning off established office)
- New office opening β will have the opportunity to cover both areas
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am β 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am β 6pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am β 5pm with a day back in lieu
- 5 day working week
- 25p per mile
- Parking locally
Responsibilities:
- Valuing and listing properties in sales and lettings
- Providing tailored advice to clients
- Building strong relationships with sellers and landlords
- Guiding and advising with accurate and up to date information
- Following up warm leads
- Creating your own business opportunities
- Working together as a team to achieve success
- Generating new business and negotiating offers
- Turning enquiries into actual business
- Prospecting on a daily basis
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation including a full understanding of the Housing Act
- Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new business
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years estate agency and valuing experience
- Proven track record of winning instructions through door knocking and chasing the database
- Full understanding of the lettings and sales processes
- Ambitious and enthusiastic
- Excellent team player
- Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
