Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Farnham. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, or someone new to the industry, ideally with transferable skills from previous hospitality positions. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • Basic £18,000 - £25,000 DOE
  • OTE £28,000 - £35,000
  • Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays OR every other Saturday (flexible) 9am - 2pm with a day back in lieu
  • 5 day working week
  • Parking at the office
  • Business mileage paid
