Are you looking for a new challenge as a Senior Sales Negotiator within an established, multi office, independent Estate Agent? Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator for their very busy office in Gerrards Cross.

The company is a very well-known brand, priding themselves on the high level of customer service they offer their clients. They will offer excellent ongoing training and development, as well as great career progression.

You must have 2 years + previous experience either as a Sales Negotiator looking for a step up the career ladder or a Senior Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity. You must feel confident working in a high-end market, and have the ability to manage your own workload in this busy office with a full understanding of the sales process. Valuing experience is preferred but not essential. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £20,000 - £22,000
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000
  • Car allowance
  • Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm working 1 in 3 Saturdays with day back (5 day working week)

Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous experience as a Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Valuing experience preferred but not essential
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
