Our client in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their estate agency team. You will manage the lettings process from viewings to contracts, liaising between landlords and tenants and generating new business.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' lettings experience, holds a full UK driving licence and can commute within 30 minutes of the area. Basic salary £25,000 with OTE up to £40,000 and bonuses; 5-day week.
