This role would be suitable for someone with previous Estate Agency experience as either a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a management role. You must possess ambition and passion for the property industry with local area knowledge who can drive the business forward. You will be joining a high performing sales team, managing a team of 2 in their busy Bourne End office. You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits of the Sales Manager position include:

  • Basic £30,000
  • OTE £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE)
  • Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4pm
