We are currently recruiting for a Building Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role with experience in service charge budgets and building compliance. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Building Manager:
- Basic £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Mileage covered
Responsibilities for the role of Building Manager:
- Oversee the daily management and operation of a building
- Coordinate and supervise all routine maintenance, repairs and building improvement works
- Manage and direct the activities of on site maintenance, cleaning, security and other service teams
- Liaise with and manage third party contractors and service providers to ensure services are delivered effectively and to a high standard
- Ensure the building provides a safe, secure and compliant environment
