We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Rotherhithe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first role in Estate Agency! Candidates must be a UK Resident. The use of your own car/licence is NOT essential!
Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Property Manager:
- Basic £22,000
- OTE £28,000
- Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Friday 9.30am - 6pm
- 1 Saturday per month
- £25 commission per inspection
- £200 per month travel/car allowance
Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Property Manager:
- Manage your own portfolio of 200 properties and growing
- Assist in overall management duties
- Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
- Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
- Manage compliance
- Average 10 property visits and inspections per month
- Arrange safety certificates
- Ensure regular communication with clients
