We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Wandsworth. The successful candidate must have 2 years' experience as a Property Manager managing their own portfolio of properties. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. No driving licence required!
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Property Manager:
- Basic £32,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm
- No weekends
- No driving licence required!
Responsibilities for the role of Senior Property Manager:
- Full management of a luxury and new build residential portfolio
- Handling mostly tenant-related queries
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance issues and contractors
- Managing compliance requirements
- Organising check-ins and check-outs
- Handling deposit returns and disputes
- Coordinating cleaning and end-of-tenancy works
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
