We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position for our Estate Agency client based in Stopsley. The successful candidate must have 3 months previous experience as a Sales Negotiator and must live in Luton. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- Basic £19,000
- OTE £35,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
- 2 Saturdays per month with 2 days back in lieu
- 5 day working week

- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
