Our client, a successful independent Estate Agent, is looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their lettings department in their new office in Iver. Training for this role will be based in Hayes until the new Iver office has opened.

The company prides itself on its high level of personal customer service offered to all customers, as well as the innovation and use of the latest technology in their management and sales offices. They have a brilliant working environment, offering an exceptional training programme with ongoing support while working within the business.

You will be reporting into the Lettings Manager who will be overseeing the Hayes and Iver offices, conducting valuations for both. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with a winning and target-driven mindset. Some previous experience would be ideal, but the company is also open to a very good Trainee with the willingness to learn and progress within their first role in Estate Agency. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the role include:

  • Basic £18,000 DOE
  • OTE £30,000 + DOE
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with every other Saturday (half day back when worked)

  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
  • Liaising between landlords and tenants
  • Providing up-to-date advice and information
  • Property inspections
  • Conducting viewings
  • Booking appointments
  • Negotiating lettings contracts
  • Registering applicants
  • Generating new business including door knocking and touting for new business
  • Listing new properties
  • Building the market share
  • Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
