We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Leatherhead.
The successful candidate must ideally have 6 months Lettings experience, OR a strong Trainee with excellent customer service/sales skills.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic £18,000 - £20,000
- OTE £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm, Fridays 8.45am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm with day off in the week
- 5 day working week
- Pooled commission
- Parking available
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Must have ideally have 6 months Lettings experience OR a strong Trainee with excellent customer service/sales skills
- Understanding of the lettings process (if experienced)
- Be up to date with current legislation (if experienced)
- A high level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do' attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
