We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Progressor for our Estate Agency client based in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate should ideally have a Lettings or Property Management background, but must understand compliance and knowledge of how to progress tenancies. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Tenancy Progressor:
- Basic up to £35,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm (with flexibility)
- 2 days working from home (after training)

- Manage all new deal progression from the point a rental agreement has been reached between tenant and landlord
