We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator position for our Estate Agency client based in St Albans. The successful candidate must have at least 12 months previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Basic £25,000 - £28,000
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000
- Car allowance
- Personal or office commission
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
- 5 day working week
- Parking permit

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships
- Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
