We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator position for our Estate Agency client based in Colliers Wood. The successful candidate must ideally have 1 - 2 years' Estate Agency experience. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic £24,000 OTE £55,200 Including car allowance or company car
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm
- Every Saturday 9am - 4pm (with set day back in lieu during the week)
- 5 day working week
- 20 days annual leave
- All bank holidays off
- Additional days at Christmas

Responsibilities for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- Working alongside the Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator and Office Administrator
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
