We are currently recruiting for a Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Bishop's Stortford.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years+ experience with a strong understanding of the full lettings process.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic £25,000
- OTE up to £40,000
- Bonuses
- Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills for the role of Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Must have a minimum of 2+ yearslettings experience
- Good track record of generating new business within Estate Agency
- Understanding of the lettings process
- Be up to date with current legislation
- A high level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do' attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
