We are currently recruiting for a Block Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Chichester. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years previous experience running a large block portfolio. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Block Manager:

  • Basic up to £40,000
  • Full time Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm with half day off in lieu OR open to part time hours (salary pro rata'd)
  • Company car upon completion of probation for business and personal use
  • Regular social events

Responsibilities for the role of Block Manager:

  • Dealing with day-to-day maintenance and repairs
  • Arranging major works and the Section 20 process
  • Arranging Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Audits, EICR's and other Health and Safety reports
  • Responding to Leaseholder queries
  • Dealing with legal/leasehold matters
