Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Negotiator/Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodham Ferrers. The ideal candidate must have previous Estate Agency experience including Valuing. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Negotiator / Valuer:
- Basic £25,020 DOE
- OTE £46,000
- Car allowance £3,600
- Fuel allowance £1,380
- £40,000 Guaranteed for first 3 months
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (day back during the week)
- 5 day working week
- 1.25% commission structure
- Instruction Bonus

- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
