We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years' lettings experience with a full understanding of the lettings process and current legislation. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic £25,000
- OTE £40,000 Uncapped commission
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm (1 Saturday off per month, with day back in lieu)
- 5 day working week
