Our client, an award-winning, family-run, professional property buying company, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to elevate their marketing efforts and help grow the brand further. The company is a well-known brand, one of the leading companies in their field across England and Wales. They pride themselves on innovation, trust, and speed with their core values to have shared best interests, always offering the highest level of customer service.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all digital marketing activity, with a focus on driving quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and improving campaign performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage, optimise, and innovate across multiple digital channels.

The successful candidate will ideally have around 5 years' experience in this field, being able to clearly demonstrate their success and track record within a similar position.

Salary package and benefits of this Digital Marketing Manager position will include:

  • Basic £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm | Friday 9am - 5pm (can be some flexibility on days & hours)

Main responsibilities for this role of Digital Marketing Manager include:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Drive and implement SEO strategy (on-site and off-site) to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Manage PR and outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks and brand mentions
  • Develop and deliver the social media strategy across key platforms
  • Oversee the wider digital marketing strategy, including content, email, and retargeting
  • Analyse performance data, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment and performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity

Skills required for the role of Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Deep knowledge of PPC, SEO, PR, and social media strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within property, finance, or lead generation sectors is a plus
