We are currently recruiting for a Full Time or Part Time Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in West Drayton.
The ideal candidate must have experience in Property Management and be up to date with all current legislation.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
Open to part time school hours!
Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager:
- Basic up to £38,000 DOE (pro rata'd for part time)
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
- 5 day working week OR part time school hours

Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager:
- Manage your own portfolio of approx. 150 residential properties
- Assist in overall management duties
- Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
- Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
- Checking on rent payments
- Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
- Book end of tenancy checkouts
- Deal with deposit returns and any deductions at end of tenancy
- Arrange gas safety records ensuring 100% compliance
Key Skills for the role of Property Manager:
- Previous property management experience
- ARLA preferred but not essential
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Good time management and excellent organisational skills
- Able to work to deadlines
