We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager/Administrator for our Estate Agency client based in Watford.

The successful candidate must have some property experience, ideally property management and accounts but not essential.

Part time hours considered!

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager / Administrator:

  • Basic £30,000 - £35,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Part time hours considered (salary pro rata'd)
  • 2 - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (after probation)

Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager / Administrator:

  • Liaising with commercial tenants for lease queries
  • Invoicing rent
  • Chasing rent and allocating to correct tenant
  • Dealing with maintenance issues for grounds
  • Organising contracts to attend site
  • Compliance
  • Lease renewals
  • Day to day admin and enquiries

Keys Skills for the role of Property Manager / Administrator:

  • Previous property experience
  • Ideally experience in property management and accounts (not essential)
  • Good with implementing new processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
