We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Watford.
The ideal candidate must have previous Senior Lettings Negotiator experience.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic £25,000
- OTE £50,000 to £55,000 including commission and bonuses
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm, every Saturday 10am to 3pm with a day back in lieu
- 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
- Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required
- Arranging /conducting property viewings
- Negotiating lets through to move in
- Referencing potential tenants
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
- Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients
- Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business
- Generating T&C's
