Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Progressor for our Estate Agency client based in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate must have Lettings, Lettings Administration, or Property Management experience. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. No driving licence required!

Salary and benefits package for the role of Tenancy Progressor:

  • Basic £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities for the role of Tenancy Progressor:

  • Take ownership of all agreed lettings transactions from offer accepted through to move-in
  • Manage the full tenancy progression process
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants regularly
  • Provide clear updates on the progress of tenancies
  • Coordinate tenant referencing, right-to-rent checks and required tenancy documentation
  • Monitor referencing applications and proactively chase outstanding information
  • Prepare and coordinate tenancy agreements and ensure they are correctly completed and signed
  • Arrange tenancy start dates and move-in appointments
  • Coordinate with Property Managers, Lettings Negotiators and other internal departments to ensure a smooth handover
  • Arrange and monitor required property compliance documentation and certificates
  • Identify and resolve issues that could prevent or delay a tenancy from proceeding
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records on the company's lettings/property management system
  • Ensure all parties are kept informed of important deadlines and outstanding requirements
  • Chase outstanding paperwork, payments, references and other information as required
  • Work closely with landlords to ensure any agreed works or requirements are completed before the tenancy starts
  • Liaise with contractors and other suppliers where necessary to ensure properties are ready for occupation
  • Ensure keys, inventories and other move-in requirements are organised in advance
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the tenancy progression process
  • Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures and relevant lettings legislation
  • Escalate complex or delayed transactions to the appropriate manager when required
  • Support the wider lettings team with administration and deal progression when required

Key Skills for the role of Tenancy Progressor:

  • Previous experience within a Lettings, Lettings Administrator or Property Manager role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident telephone and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and competing deadlines
  • Proactive approach to chasing and resolving outstanding matters
  • Ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and colleagues
