We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager role for our Estate Agency client based in Slough.
The ideal candidate must have previousexperience in Lettings and Property Management.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager:
- Basic £28,000
- OTE £33,000
- Commission on lets and relets
- Referral commission structure
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- 2 Saturdays per month 9am - 4pm
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager:
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
- Manage compliance, references etc
- Book end of tenancy checkouts
- Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy
- Property visits and inspections
- Arrange safety certificates
Key skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager:
- Must have previous experience in Lettings and Property Management
- Understanding of the lettings process
- Be up to date with current legislation
- A high level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do' attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
