We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant for our Estate Agency client based in Potters Bar.

The successful candidate must have previousEstate Agency experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Consultant:

  • Basic £30,000
  • OTE £38,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 3pm
  • 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Consultant:

  • Generate new business and build relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Register, qualify and match applicants to properties
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders
  • Keep clients updated and maintain excellent communication
  • Ensure offers are financially qualified and confirmed in writing
  • Achieve individual and team targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

Key Skills for the role of Sales Consultant:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Target-driven, motivated and tenacious

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, personable and well organised
  • High standards of presentation and service
