We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position for our Estate Agency client based in Stopsley. The successful candidate must have 5 months previous Estate Agency experience and must live in Luton. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • Basic £19,000 OTE £35,000
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
  • 2 Saturdays per month with 2 days back in lieu
  • 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships
  • Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Booking appointments
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • At least 5 months Estate Agency experience
  • Must live in Luton
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Well-spoken with good telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Target driven and ambitious
