We are currently recruiting for a Concierge for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault.

The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Concierge:

  • Basic £23,500
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
  • 5 day working week
  • Fully officed based until progression to Sales Negotiator
  • £50 per completed mortgage application
  • Every other month competitions

Responsibilities for the role of Concierge:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships
  • Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Booking appointments
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Concierge:

  • Previous property experience not essential
  • High level of customer service skills ideally with sales
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Sales and target driven
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated with a winning mindset
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
