We are currently recruiting for a Sales Valuer position, for our Estate Agency client based in Harpenden.
The successful candidate must have Valuing experience, and can be a Senior Negotiator/Valuer looking for an opportunity to progress to Manager OR a Manager that would like to be a Valuer with the view to become a Manager.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Valuer:
- Basic £25,000 - £28,000
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000
- Uncapped commission
- Additional bonuses
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm
- Birthday off as extra holiday
- Holiday lift up in commission
- Parking permit
