Sales Manager - Ascot - £30,000 to £50,000
Estate Agency Sales Manager experience required.
Must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute.
Must have full UK driving licence and own car.
Sales Manager Beneifts:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000
- OTE £45,000 - £50,000
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Half day every other Saturday
- On site parking
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading from the front
- Managing and inspiring the sales team
- Assisting the team on achieving personal targets
- Conducting valuations and winning business
- Meeting targets
- Drive business profitability
- Maintain client relationships
- Ability to coach and develop the team
Sales Manager required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry
- Track record in listing and winning business
- Proven experience in residential sales with local knowledge
- Well presented
- Strong customer focus with a keen drive for securing new business
- Sales and target driven with good business winning skills
- Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Well-spoken with good telephone manner
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to motivate and guide a team
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
