We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Ascot.
The successful candidate must have Lettings Manager experience along with local knowledge.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Manager:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000
- OTE £45,000 - £50,000
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Half day every other Saturday
- On site parking
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Manager:
- Client relationship management
- Departmental organisation
- Performance management
- Generating new business
- Seek out new business opportunities
- Provide valuable feedback to clients
- Supporting the team as required with training and development
- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Good working knowledge of inventory
- Speaking with potential tenants and building relationships
- Provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business

- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager
