Management Accountant
Salary: £50k-£60k based on exp
Based near Weybridge, Surrey
Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Full-Time | Permanent
A growing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI reporting.
- Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights.
- Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling.
- Monitor working capital, credit control, and cash performance.
- Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and system efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.
About You
Essential
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.
- Experience producing management accounts.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Desirable
- Exposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems.
- Experience improving cash flow and working capital.
- Background within a growing or scaling business.
