Job Description Commercial Finance Manager Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH Full-Time | Permanent An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support growth, improve margins, optimise cash flow, and enhance overall business performance. Produce monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modelling. Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions. Monitor working capital, debtor performance, and cash generation. Support pricing decisions, business cases, and investment analysis. Ensure financial controls, VAT compliance, audit readiness, and statutory reporting. Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and finance system enhancements. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified. Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering. Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable commercial insight. Strong forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management skills. Excellent communication and Excel skills. Exposure to pricing, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support.
