Class 2 multidrop driver for rigid fuel tanker. £17.40 per hour & £24 per hour overtime rate. £3.80 per day tax free meal allowance. On target earnings including overtime are between £37 – £49k per year. Working daytime hours only. Every driver is allocated their own truck – all under 5 years old.

Delivering fuel to houses, farms, commercial businesses and petrol stations. From 2 to 25 drops per day, depending on workload and time of year. Monday to Friday approximately 10/11 hour shift each day, with basic hours being 8 per day. Overtime paid after the basic 8 hours. Saturday mornings are to be worked on a rota basis in winter (1 in 4 to cover) and there is a chance of occasional extra Saturdays. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Customer service skills are paramount as is a positive attitude to H&S as you are a lone worker. All uniform & PPE provided. Training will be given. You will require a PDP to load from the terminal, however we can provide this. You must have ADR in tanks and class 3. No experience of fuel work needed. If you have the ADR, HGV class 2, great interpersonal skills and wish to learn, please send your CV.

Candidates must live within 30 minutes travel time of Otley. Start times are approximately 6.00 a.m., but can vary depending on workload. This is a job for a driver with class 2 only and must have ADR in tanks with class 3.

Any job offer will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
