The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of day‑to‑day administrative tasks across multiple brands and keeping operations running smoothly
  • Preparing and managing all group documentation
  • Building strong relationships by liaising with clients and suppliers to gather essential information
  • Managing travel arrangements including booking flights, arranging visas, and advising on baggage requirements
  • Monitoring Operations inboxes and providing seamless support to the sales teams
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of safe, ethical, and effective operational policies

The Person: What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an operational administration role
  • GDS experience (Amadeus) or equivalent
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Good geographical knowledge, with an understanding of airports, airlines, visas, and health requirements
  • Ideally experience within the travel industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A strong team player who understands the importance of collaboration
  • Confident and professional when communicating with clients
