An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly supportive and collaborative team, where you will play a key role in adding value to both the team and the wider business. This is a full-time, office-based position, initially offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Due to the office's remote location, own transport is essential.
The Role
In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting logistics and sales activity across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a confident and professional communicator with both internal teams and external customers
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and processing sales orders
- Preparing and coordinating sales orders for delivery
- Planning delivery routes, using your logistical understanding to ensure efficiency
- Reporting any customer service or sales issues to the Sales and Customer Service Manager
- Maintaining and updating customer records accurately using SAP
- Liaising with multiple departments to ensure seamless collaboration
- Ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of everything you do
The Person
We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, or similar
- Knowledge of transport management systems (advantageous but not essential)
