We're excited to be partnering with a well‑known fashion brand as they open the doors to their brand‑new office in Watford - and we're looking for a can‑do, proactive Temporary Receptionist to be the face of this new location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast‑paced, stylish environment and hit the ground running during an exciting period of growth.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: 22nd June
  • Initial Training: Full handover for 2 weeks in the London West End (must be able to travel to Bond Street)
  • Location (post‑handover): Watford (near Watford Junction)
  • Duration: 2 months + (with potential to extend)
  • 8.30am–5.30pm
  • Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly:
  • Managing a high volume of visitors, signing guests in and out
  • Providing professional front‑of‑house support
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and bookings
  • Assisting with facilities and office setup tasks
  • Conducting new office tours for staff and visitors
  • Handling post, deliveries, and couriers
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
