About the Role
Tate are working with a forward-thinking business that\’s looking for a Team Administrator to support their dynamic customer support team. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a varied, fast-paced role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and PowerPoint wizardry will make a real impact.
You\’ll be the go-to person for keeping the team on track, projects running smoothly and client materials looking sharp and professional.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level admin and project support to a collaborative team
- Creating visually engaging and on-brand PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing and printing training materials for delivery sessions
- Organising travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
- Compiling client feedback into clear reports and summary slides
- Ensuring consistent formatting and messaging across all documents
- Supporting general ad-hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Communicating effectively across teams, both in person and virtually
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong eye for design and detail-your slides are always polished
- Excellent organisation and time management-juggling tasks with ease
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple projects
- Able to adapt to changing priorities with a cool head
