An established Executive Search firm is hiring a Team Assistant/Administrator to support two consultants, playing a key role in keeping high-profile search projects running smoothly. It's a brilliant opportunity to gain exposure to executive search in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting 2 consultants across up to 15 live search assignments
  • Coordinating interviews and managing complex, busy diaries including travel, meeting arrangements etc.
  • Preparing high-quality documents and reports
  • Acting as a key contact for candidates and clients throughout the process
  • Keeping systems, schedules and workflows organised
